Bespoke Online Counselling
While my sessions are conducted online, Aletheia Counselling is physically based in beautiful Santiago, Chile.
I provide live one-on-one, online sessions that are centered entirely on you as a person. Rather than forcing your experience into a rigid clinical mold, I offer a bespoke approach that adapts to your needs while following the ethical standards and principles of the Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (GLE). Together we look at the full complexity of your life and your world, to uncover the Aletheia - the truth - of your current situation.
Whether you are navigating a difficult grief process, navigating feelings of anxiety, low mood, a sense of inner emptiness, or grappling with a lack of self-worth or meaning, sessions provide you with a safe non-judgmental space to talk about your struggles, goals, or whatever you feel is missing.
In today’s hectic world, I believe mental and existential wellbeing can be approached with the same proactive care as physical health, that is., as a form of "exercise" that prevents and prepares you for life's injuries. To support this, I offer both preventative accompaniment to build resilience and focused support for solving specific, immediate issues.

Fees are adjusted according to your country of residence, so that sessions remain accessible across different economic contexts.
