My Approach

Logotherapy and Existential Analysis undertake to deal with psychic sufferers who are not sick in the clinical sense. For our psychotherapy in spiritual terms is specifically designed to handle those suffering over the philosophical problems with which life confronts human beings.

— Viktor Frankl, The Doctor and the Soul

My personal experience, both giving and receiving counselling, has shown me the importance of having a safe, non-judgemental space where genuine dialogue can unfold. I also know how crucial it is for a person to feel understood in their full complexity. This is why I trained in Philosophy and later in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, disciplines that take your questions seriously rather than treating them as symptoms, and that allow for a bespoke, case-by-case approach, always with you at the centre.

Our work together revolves around the specific concerns or challenges you have. To work on this, we will explore and identify how your world is configured — your feelings, values, meanings, beliefs, patterns, and the concepts through which you interpret your life and yourself. Some of these elements may not yet be fully visible, but through genuine dialogue we will begin to unveil the Aletheia, the truth. This process fosters growth, provides meaning, generates a life with inner approval, and helps alleviate specific conditions such as anxiety or depressive states.

My job is to help guide this process while also providing support for the wider challenges you might be struggling with in your life, whether they relate to work, family, relationships, or other areas. The objective is to identify the source of your struggle and what is missing, so that you can discover the solution and integrate it into your life.
