My Approach
My personal experience, both giving and receiving counselling, has shown me the importance of having a safe, non-judgemental space where genuine dialogue can unfold. I also know how crucial it is for a person to feel understood in their full complexity. This is why I trained in Existential Analysis, a framework that allows for a bespoke, case-by-case approach, always with you at the centre.

Our work together revolves around the specific concerns or challenges you have. To work on this, we will explore and identify how your world is configured—your feelings, values, meanings, beliefs, patterns, and the concepts through which you interpret your life and yourself. Some of these elements may not yet be fully visible, but through genuine dialogue, we will begin to unveiling the Aletheia, the truth. This process fosters growth, provides meaning, generates a life with inner approval, and helps alleviate specific conditions such as anxiety or depressive states.

My job is to help guide this process while also providing support for overall challenges you might be struggling with in your life, whether they are related to work, family, relationships, or other areas. The objective is to identify the source of your struggle and what is missing, so that you can discover the solution and integrate it into your life.
